Simply follow these steps to initiate the Trust Account audit:

Step 1 – Register in or upload documents to our client portal

Client Portal (for new clients):
Please complete the below form for registration:

Name

You will receive an email with a link to upload documents. Please check your junk email box if it is not in your inbox.

Client portal login details (for existing clients):
Please log in our client portal using your registered email as the username:  https://virtualaudits.com.au/portal/

Step 2 – Upload documents

Upon log in to our client portal, please upload the following documents:
1. Previous audit report (New Client)
2. Estate Agent / Conveyancer / Lawyer / Tax Agent Licenses (Both Individual / Corporate)
3. Trust Account Bank Statements for the year
4. Monthly Trust Account Bank Statements, Monthly Bank Reconciliation, Monthly Trial Balances, Receipts Listing for the year, OR if you use a cloud based accounting system you can provide read only access to [email protected]
5. NSW Estate Agents and Conveyancers, please complete the Trust account auditors client information form:
